Nick Jarmoszuk joined Skylift in 2021 and is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, industry research and capital planning. He brings 20 years of experience in leveraged finance and was an Institutional Investor sector ranked analyst covering High Yield Metals and Mining.
MATT LAVELLE
Director of Commercial Operations
Matt LaVelle joined Skylift in 2021 with 10 years of experience in procurement and seven years of experience in heavy machinery manufacturing. He is responsible for the sourcing and purchases made for both production-related items and facility maintenance. He became APICS certified in 2015-2018.

Nick Gordon joined Skylift in 2022 with over 20 years of sales and leadership experience and a strong background in the industrial sector. As Vice President of Sales, he leads sales strategy and revenue growth, manages distributor and key customer relationships, and supports the marketing side of the business to align brand, demand generation, and market growth.
DJ SIMONOVICH
ENGINEERING MANAGER
With over a decade of engineering leadership, DJ Simonovich brings extensive experience in overseeing complex projects and leading high-performing technical teams. Holding a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo, DJ has built a strong foundation in mechanical systems and engineering principles. Currently, DJ is expanding his expertise by pursuing a Master’s in Engineering Management from Ohio State University, equipping him with advanced skills in project management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership.

Jason Enzor joined Skylift in 2003 with more than 20 years of heavy machinery manufacturing, including military service. In his role, he helps identify and send the correct parts to customers. He is a proud military veteran with two honorable discharges.

VP OF MARKETING
Andrew Jarmoszuk joined Skylift in 2010, bringing 16 years of experience in heavy machinery manufacturing. As Vice President of Marketing, he leads all marketing initiatives for the company, overseeing brand strategy, campaigns, and marketing projects while collaborating closely with distributors and end users to support market awareness, product positioning, and long-term growth.
Jennifer Larsen
Human Resources Manager
Jennifer Larsen joined Skylift in 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in human resources, including 15 years in the manufacturing sector. She is responsible for managing various aspects of employment, such as benefits administration, compliance, employment law, payroll, safety, recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
