Mike Naughton, president, has been with Skylift since 2018. He is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the company.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Nick Jarmoszuk joined Skylift in 2021 and is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, industry research and capital planning. He brings 20 years of experience in leveraged finance and was an Institutional Investor sector ranked analyst covering High Yield Metals and Mining.
MATT LAVELLE
General Manager
Matt LaVelle joined Skylift in 2021 with 10 years of experience in procurement and seven years of experience in heavy machinery manufacturing. He is responsible for the sourcing and purchases made for both production-related items and facility maintenance. He became APICS certified in 2015-2018.
NICK GORDON
DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING
Nick Gordon joined Skylift in 2022 with more than a decade of experience in the industrial sector and 2 decades of sales and managment experience. He oversees all aspects of the sales process, distrubutor and customer relations, as well as all marketing and social media content.
DJ SIMONOVICH
ENGINEERING MANAGER
DJ Simonovich is a Certified Solidworks Associate (CSWA) who has been with Skylift for more than six years and is responsible for all engineering-related objectives. He was involved in creating the MD 6000 E-Series, the first battery-powered hybrid backyard machine to enter the market, and won the Diesel Progress Magazine Hybrid Application of the Year award, as well as being named a finalist for the Lift & Access Magazine LLEAP Award in the Material Handler Category.

DIRECTOR OF AFTERMARKET BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jason Enzor joined Skylift in 2003 with more than 20 years of heavy machinery manufacturing, including military service. In his role, he helps identify and send the correct parts to customers. He is a proud military veteran with two honorable discharges.
ANDREW JARMOSZUK
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING
Andrew Jarmoszuk joined Skylift in 2010 with 16 years of experience in heavy machinery manufacturing. In his current role, which he has held since 2013, he coordinates with distributors, salesmen and end users in all stages of the sales process and thereafter, in addition to overseeing all marketing projects.
BRENDA TOBICASH
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Brenda Tobicash joined Skylift in 2021 and has more than 15 years of human resources experience. She is responsible for overseeing various aspects of employment, including the administration of benefits, compliance, employment laws, payroll, safety, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding.
